Phillips 66® Aviation proudly celebrates the Phillips 66 branded FBOs that were recognized in the 2025 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey. Phillips 66® Aviation was once again ranked as one of the top Best Fuel Brands, and five Phillips 66 branded FBOs were ranked among the prestigious list of the 17 best U.S. FBOs. These honors further solidify Phillips 66® Aviation as a leader in aviation, supporting the largest branded network of FBOs in the U.S.

The 52nd annual survey ranked both national and international FBOs for overall excellence. Professional Pilot subscribers scored a total of 1,345 U.S. FBO selections from 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent) in six categories – line team, customer service representatives (CSRs), facility, amenities, promptness and efficiency, and value for price. The annual Professional Pilot PRASE (Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment) Survey is an annual tabulation of customer opinions of aviation ground services. Executives in charge of flight departments, aviation managers, chief pilots, CEOs, and other qualified subscribers to Professional Pilot magazine are polled once a year in order to determine the PRASE Winners’ List.
