Honoring Dedication to the Next Generation of Pilots
At the Young Eagles Volunteer Banquet, Phillips 66 Aviation proudly recognized Michael Grzincich of EAAChapter 237 in Coon Rapids, Minnesota with the EAA Phillips 66® Aviation Young Eagles Leadership Award. Having introduced nearly 1,100 youth to the joy of flight, Grzincich is celebrated for his extraordinary dedication, from mentoring aspiring pilots to organizing special flights for school groups and lifting spirits with creative flyovers during the pandemic.
