Based on feedback from customers like you, Phillips 66 Gateway’s user experience is better than ever! You will now see major improvements when creating Into-Plane tickets, managing dealer fees, and sorting and printing financial documents, including Into-Plane tickets. These new features will enable Bizlink access to be retired on February 28.
Transition to Phillips 66 Gateway
You are encouraged to begin transitioning your BizLink activities to Gateway to help minimize business disruption. Contact your Gateway Admin to ensure all Into-Plane FBOs have at least one user with Into-Plane ticketing permission.

AvPOS Users
AvPOS Phillips 66 Into-Plane ticket management transitioned to Phillips 66 Gateway on January 15 and is no longer available in Bizlink. Please see impacts to AvPOS below:
- Creating Tickets: You will still create tickets in the AvPOS platform.
- Viewing Tickets: You can now view tickets in Gateway. Processed tickets will be available for viewing in Gateway the next day. Pending tickets (not processed; created prior to 12:00AM CST) will not be available for viewing.
- Editing Tickets: To make changes to a pending ticket (created prior to 12:00AM CST), please contact your account specialist. To make changes to a processed ticket, please follow the ticket management guide.

As we work to improve your Gateway experience, you’ll soon see more historical tickets, more details on the customer list screen, more ticket editing capabilities, a new success message upon ticket submission, and more.
