BizLink Laydown is planned for January 2025
You are encouraged to begin transitioning your BizLink activities to Gateway to take advantage of the systems running in parallel and minimize business disruption.

Contact your Gateway Admin to ensure all Into-Plane FBOs have at least one user with Into-Plane ticketing permission.

As we work to improve your Gateway experience, you’ll soon see more historical tickets, more details on the customer list screen, more ticket editing capabilities, a new success message upon ticket submission and more.

Attention AvPos & TFBO Users:
You will still be able to use AvPos and TFBO to enter Into-Plane tickets after BizLink cutover. However, if you need to edit a ticket after submitting, you will need to contact your account specialist for assistance. The AvPos and TFBO cutover will occur independently of the BizLink cutover to Gateway. Stay tuned for details early next year.
